Generic Power Solutions 2U Battery Case for MP 2kVA/3kVA UPS — rackmount 2U battery expansion enclosure for MP 2kVA and 3kVA UPS systems, housing 12×9AH batteries at 72Vdc. Available unpopulated (UPS-BAT-CAS-2U-XRM) or pre-populated with batteries (UPS-BAT-CAS-2U-XRM-P).

The 2U battery case extends the runtime of a compatible MP 2kVA or 3kVA rackmount UPS by adding additional battery capacity in a purpose-built enclosure. The unpopulated variant ships without batteries for customers sourcing their own 9AH cells; the populated variant is pre-fitted and ready to connect. Designed for 2U rackmount deployment in server rooms and equipment enclosures.
