Delivery Information
Audico is a South African company, so your shipping is local, and your warranty is held locally with the official distributors of each brand.
Delivery Cost
Free delivery is available for all baskets over R1000. A flat courier fee of R150 will apply to baskets smaller than R1000.
Free delivery applies from Mondays to Fridays. If you require Saturday delivery, this will need to be charged as a special service.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery is 1-3 days from shipment, depending on your location within South Africa.
Courier Partners
Goods are delivered via door-to-door courier. We use MDS Collivery and The Courier Guy.
Insured To Your Door
All goods are insured to your door, so there is no risk involved for you as a customer. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, we will incur all costs to replace the goods as soon as possible.
Local Warranty Support
We are official resellers of each of our products within South Africa. Be careful of grey importers that are popping up, as they will not honour your warranty locally.
