Usage Notes

Echo Input requires an external speaker and connects via the included 3.5 mm audio cable or Bluetooth. It does not pair with Wi-Fi speakers. For optimal performance, pair with certified Bluetooth speakers.

Speakers connected via 3.5 mm audio cable may enter power-saving mode and turn off if unused for extended periods. Disable power-saving mode on your speaker if possible, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

When connecting Echo Input to your speaker, first increase the speaker volume, then say, “Alexa, volume 7” or “Alexa, volume up” to adjust the volume via voice.
