Aten VS1828KIT — 8-port 4K HDMI over Cat6 splitter kit distributing one HDMI source to 8 displays up to 40m away, with Power over Cable receivers, lossless audio, and a local HDMI monitoring output.

The VS1828KIT contains a 1-to-8 HDMI splitter and eight HDBaseT receivers in a single package. Connect an HDMI source to the splitter and run Cat 6 cables to each receiver at distances up to 40m — the receivers are powered by the splitter via Power over Cable (PoC), so no local power supplies are needed at each display location. Signal quality is maintained at 4K @ 30 Hz (4:4:4) with full lossless audio: LPCM 7.1ch, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD Master Audio. A local HDMI output port on the splitter allows content monitoring or cascading to additional equipment. A user-adjustable EDID switch on the splitter manages display compatibility across all eight outputs.
