The BLU-BOB1 connects to your system via BSS’s BLU link digital audio bus using standard Cat5e/6 cabling. It supports large channel counts at common sample rates and can be daisy-chained or configured in a redundant ring for fault-tolerant designs. Channel assignment from the BLU link stream to the eight outputs is quick and straightforward using simple hardware switches, so there is no need for complex software just to map outputs in the field. This hardware-centric approach speeds commissioning and makes future service easy. The compact half-rack form factor fits neatly in tight spaces, while optional mounting hardware allows clean 19-inch rack integration when required. Clear status indicators provide at-a-glance confirmation of power and BLU link activity. As part of the Soundweb London ecosystem, the BLU-BOB1 pairs seamlessly with processors such as BLU-100/BLU-806 and other BLU link–equipped devices, delivering low-latency distribution and pristine audio quality to amplifiers, powered speakers, or recording interfaces.
