The CAC-2070 performs active signal conversion from DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0, enabling DP-equipped PCs and workstations to drive HDMI monitors, TVs, and projectors at 4K @ 60Hz. The DP 1.2 receiver handles up to 5.4Gbps per lane across four lanes (17.28Gbps effective video bandwidth); the HDMI 2.0 output provides 18Gbps total throughput. HDCP 1.3 and 2.2 repeater support ensures compatibility with protected 4K content streams.
