The Mythos STS SuperTower combines elegant design with high-end audio performance. Its polished black cabinet and granite base create a visually stunning presence while housing advanced components and technologies. The built-in 300 Watt subwoofers deliver powerful, tight bass that blends perfectly with the midrange and tweeter sections, eliminating the common hassle of subwoofer placement and crossover adjustments.
The enclosure is crafted from extruded aluminium with internal ribs and damping materials to suppress resonance. The midrange/tweeter array features a D'Appolito configuration with two 4.5-inch BDSS midrange drivers surrounding a 1-inch pure aluminium dome tweeter, all housed in acoustically isolated sealed enclosures for clarity and detail.
The subwoofer system uses a 5 x 10 inch racetrack-shaped polymer/carbon composite cone powered by a 300-Watt Class D amplifier, pressure-coupled to two 5 x 10 inch racetrack-shaped planar low-bass radiators. This design delivers bass performance exceeding that of a traditional 12-inch woofer with greater speed and control.
