The 66437 takes a single TRRS headset connection and splits it into two standard 3-pin stereo jacks — one for headphone audio and one for the microphone signal. This lets you connect a combined smartphone-style headset to a PC, laptop or audio interface that has separate headphone and microphone sockets.
