OS2 single mode fibre supports long-distance transmission at 1310nm and 1550nm wavelengths with very low attenuation, making it suitable for campus, building-to-building, and long-haul runs. The simplex (single fibre) drop construction is used for single-direction runs or where separate fibres are used for each direction. LSZH jacket ensures safety in enclosed public spaces. Tight buffered construction provides mechanical protection.
