Elegoo PLA Silk Gold 1.75mm / 1000g — Silk-finish PLA filament in gold with a glossy, metallic-like sheen. Suited to display models, decorative prints, and cosplay props. Elegoo PLA Silk uses a modified PLA formulation that produces a smooth, lustrous surface finish straight off the printer — no post-processing required to achieve the sheen. The silk effect is especially pronounced on curved surfaces and fine detail. Compatible with most open-frame FDM printers; prints at slightly higher temperatures than standard PLA for best flow. Minimal warping. Note: silk PLA is slightly more brittle than PLA+ — suited to display and decorative use rather than structural or load-bearing parts. Transparent spool for easy filament-level monitoring.
