JLab GO Work Wireless On-Ear Headset - Gen 2 (SKU HBGWORKRBLK4, black). Wireless or wired office headset with Bluetooth multipoint or a USB-C 2.4 GHz dongle. This is Gen 2 (Bluetooth 5.3, 55-hour playtime) - not Gen 1 GO Work (45-hour / Bluetooth 5 copy) and not Gen 3.
JLab positions it for everyday office use: clear calls with a boom mic, a mute indicator LED on the boom, Cloud Foam earcups, and a choice of Bluetooth (including two-device multipoint), the USB-C dongle, or a wired connection. Customise sound and features in the JLab App.

Connections
Connect via Bluetooth to a PC, Mac or phone. Multipoint joins two Bluetooth devices at once. The USB-C dongle and the wired connection are dedicated channels and do not support multipoint (Gen 2 manual). Plugging in the dongle overrides any current Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth name in device settings: JLab GO Work 2.
Calls and controls
Dual microphones: one captures voice, the other reduces environmental sound (2-mic ENC). The boom rotates to the left or right; mute on/off is a dedicated control with a boom-tip LED (mute off / mute on). Buttons cover volume, track skip, play/pause, answer/hang up, reject call, EQ Voice/Music, Hear Yourself on a call, and voice assistant. Cloud Foam earcups are specified on the JLab product FAQ for all-day wear.
Battery (Gen 2 only)
JLab tech specs: 55 hours total playtime, 34 hours talk, 400+ hours standby. Quick charge 10 minutes = 7 hours; charge time 2.5 hours from USB-C (DC 5 V, 1 A; 500 mAh 3.7 V LiPo).
