KRK KRK12SHO — 12-inch 400 W studio subwoofer with a woven Kevlar driver and 29–97 Hz frequency response, designed to extend the low-frequency monitoring capabilities of KRK VXT and ROKIT studio monitor systems.

The KRK12SHO uses a 12-inch woven Kevlar cone driver in a reinforced MDF enclosure to deliver accurate, tight bass that integrates seamlessly with the upper-frequency response of KRK monitor systems. The 400 W high-powered amplifier provides sufficient headroom to reproduce transient bass content at high SPLs without distortion. A footswitch-operated bypass allows engineers to check mixes with and without the subwoofer active, a practical tool for ensuring bass decisions translate to systems without a subwoofer. The front-firing curved port and curved front panel reduce diffraction distortion. Adjustable crossover, input sensitivity, and polarity switching allow precise integration with any connected monitoring system.
