The Bose FreeSpace DS 16F is a flush-mount ceiling loudspeaker for background music and paging in retail, restaurant, hospitality and similar commercial spaces. A single 2.25" full-range driver in a ported enclosure delivers clear speech and music with wide 140° conical coverage, and clean styling that blends into ceilings.

• Integrated multi-tap transformer with front-accessible thumb wheel: 70V 1-16 W / 100V 2-16 W, or 8 Ω / 16 W bypass
• Flush-ceiling install (optional pendant kit); recommended height 8-20 ft (2.4-6.1 m)
• Shared voicing with FreeSpace DS 16S / DS 16SE surface models on the same line; pairs with FreeSpace 3 Acoustimass module for extended bass
• Listed to ANSI/UL 1480-2005; ceramic connector and thermal fuse included where required; plenum use with PC-16 accessory
