Effect Sections

Rhythm FX

The Rhythm FX section features five audio effects: ROLL, TRANS, ADD, REV DELAY, and OFFSET, which manipulate music to create new rhythms. Effects intensity is controlled by turning the large knob, while pushing it activates the pressure controller for further variation. Five instrument buttons (KICK, SNARE, CLAP, HI HAT, CYMBAL) each offer six different sound patterns. A 4-beat sequencer with an OVER DUB button allows recording and layering of one-bar loops for unique sound effects.

Scene FX

Choose from five Build Up effects (MOD, ECHO, NOISE, SPIRAL UP, REVERB UP) that add sounds, and five Break Down effects (HPF, LPF, ZIP, SPIRAL DOWN, REVERB DOWN) that cut sounds. The large knob adjusts effect parameters and switches effects when pressed. Two sub-parameter knobs provide additional control.

Release FX

The Release FX button isolates sound effects by eliminating the current music when activated. When disengaged, all section effects are removed, and original music continues. Available Release FX types include Vinyl Brake, Echo, and Back Spin.

Plug-in Software

The included REMIX-STATION 500 VST/AU/RTAS plug-in software allows users to create and control effects on a computer. Connecting the device via USB enables it to function as a MIDI controller for music production.
