The flagship of the RTi A series, the Polk RTi-A9 features three 7" bass drivers and two 5¼" midrange drivers, delivering powerful and articulate sound. With a 500 watt power capacity, these speakers handle everything from high-octane action movies to intimate jazz performances with clarity and depth. The unique sealed midrange section ensures the clearest and most detailed midrange response in the series, producing rich, full sound without sacrificing detail.

The cabinets feature a curved, teardrop asymmetric design that adds strength and avoids the typical boxy look of many home loudspeakers. Available in black or cherry real wood finishes, they complement your furniture and room décor beautifully.

All RTi A series speakers, including the silk dome tweeters and bicarbonate drivers, are both Dynamic Balance and Klippel Optimized. Klippel Optimization ensures consistent performance at both low and high volume levels. Dynamic Balance technology uses laser analysis to reduce or eliminate sound-colouring artefacts, resulting in spectacular audio quality that everyone in your household will enjoy.

The RTi A speakers feature Damped Asymmetric Hex Laminate Isolation (DAHLI) cabinet design for clean, accurate sound. The asymmetric 6-layer laminate construction includes five viscous layers for optimal shear damping and a real wood top layer for an elegant finish. This proprietary Polk design creates a stronger, more rigid, and acoustically inert enclosure with reduced panel resonance and audible colouration.
