The Q 3050i speakers incorporate unique technologies such as HPE™ and P2P™ to ensure exceptional sound reproduction. HPE™ converts pressure to velocity, reducing cabinet resonance, especially in taller loudspeakers. P2P™ bracing stiffens critical enclosure areas, enhancing stereo imaging and soundstage accuracy.
High Frequency Driver Unit for an Unaltered Sound
The 3050i tweeters are decoupled from the baffle using a compliant suspension system, isolating them from woofer vibrations and reducing interference. The cones are precision-formed from impregnated and coated paper with a low-hysteresis rubber surround, balancing stiffness and damping for accurate sound acceleration and minimal resonance.
Beautiful Inside & Out
The 3050i range features new enclosure aesthetics with four contemporary finishes: Graphite Grey, English Walnut, Carbon Black, and Arctic White. Each speaker includes a chrome bezel around the drivers and magnetic speaker grilles. Low-profile binding posts accept 4mm banana plugs, allowing close placement to rear walls even when using banana plugs.
