The Apheta 3 features a state-of-the-art "Fine Line" diamond stylus profile mounted at 90 degrees, a technique borrowed from the Aphelion reference model, extracting even more detail from the record groove for richer, more immersive sound.

Equipped with a super high-powered neodymium magnet and a coil hand-wound on an iron cross 50% smaller than the original Apheta, the cartridge benefits from reduced weight, allowing greater freedom to track vinyl grooves accurately. Its redesigned single-piece anodised aluminium body is protected by a CAD-designed smoked rigid cover, ensuring safe and risk-free handling during installation.

The cartridge body is machined from a single piece of high-quality aluminium with zero-tolerance engineering, ensuring precise alignment of the pivot pad and magnet mechanism. Unlike conventional MC cartridges that use steel suspension tie wires causing high-frequency resonance and requiring foam damping, the Apheta 3 eliminates these issues entirely, delivering clear high frequencies and tight, firm bass.
