Synology DS1825+ — 8-bay NAS powered by the AMD Ryzen V1500B processor with 8GB ECC RAM (no drives included), delivering up to 2,239/1,573 MB/s sequential read/write throughput, built-in 2.5GbE networking with 10GbE SFP+/RJ-45 and 25GbE SFP28 expansion support, and capacity expansion up to 360TB raw storage via two DX525 units.

The DS1825+ runs Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) for file sharing, photo management, licence-free backup and replication, virtualisation storage, and surveillance. The AMD Ryzen V1500B delivers the processing power needed for concurrent users and mixed workload environments. Built-in 2.5GbE provides immediate multi-gigabit connectivity, while optional 10GbE SFP+, 10GbE RJ-45, and 25GbE SFP28 adapter cards scale throughput further. Two DX525 expansion units add 5 extra bays each for up to 18 bays and 360TB raw capacity.
