The RS2821RP+ delivers enterprise-grade storage performance and availability in a 2U rack form factor. AMD Ryzen V1500B quad-core 2.2 GHz processing supports demanding workloads, while two redundant power supply units maximise uptime. Storage scales to 28 drives via the RX1217(RP) expansion unit, and PCIe slots add 10/25 GbE networking or NVMe SSD cache for further performance gains. Two units can be paired in a Synology High Availability (SHA) cluster for minute-level failover.
