Dtech 7048 — HDMI audio de-embedder that extracts audio from an HDMI source and outputs it simultaneously on HDMI, coaxial digital, optical SPDIF, and analogue stereo.

The Dtech 7048 sits in-line on an HDMI run and splits the audio out to separate outputs — useful when your display or projector does not pass audio through, or when you want to feed a separate amplifier, soundbar, or DAC without splitting the video path. The HDMI passthrough supports 4K at 30Hz, so the video signal is not compromised. Coaxial and optical SPDIF outputs carry digital audio for amplifiers and AV receivers; the analogue L/R outputs connect directly to stereo amplifiers or powered speakers. USB powered.
